20th December - Frankfurt

Well the flight was ok, but the time difference and broken sleep made us very tired yesterday, the weather is very drizzly so good for sleeping at the hotel.

We were lucky enough to be put on the 10th floor so have a great view over the surrounding buildings.

Today we hit the shops, as there is a large shopping mall just around the corner.  It has a restaurant on the top floor called ALEX, the food was delicious.  We also went to the train station just to get a better idea of our surroundings.  There was a bit of drama about 5 police had a young man pinned to the ground and he was not cooperating at all.

Hopefully the weather will be clearer tomorrow as we plan to venture to OLD TOWN.
